A growing Garment Trading Company is looking for Shipping Officer

Qualifications & experience

• Form 5 graduate or above
• 2 years plus experience in shipping
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Motivated and good communication skills
• PC skills in MS Office, excel and Chinese word processing
• Diligent, hard work, independent and reliable

Tasks & responsibilities

• Handling full set of Import / Export documents (Experience with South America, Brazil, Mexico, Middle East & USA documents preferable.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders/ shipping co and vendors for shipment arrangements.
• Coordinate with Merchandisers to assure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare shipment related documents.
