Job Description
1. To handle different administrative activities, such as meeting room arrangement, facilities maintenance, lost and found property handling, daily mail and courier handling, answering phone enquiry and maintaining effective filing system;
2. To provide clerical support to the Administration Department;
3. To coordinate with internal and external parties for daily operation;
4. To prepare reports, proposals and meeting minutes;
5. To handle departmental purchase order(s);
6. To undertake ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor(s).
Requirements
1. Completion of secondary education or above;
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel) and Chinese Word Processing;
3. Good spoken and written in Chinese and English;
4. Detail-minded, well-organized, self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure;
5. At least 1-2 years’ working experience in administration is preferred, fresh graduate is also welcomed;
6. Immediate available is highly preferred.
