職位描述:

我們正在尋找一位具有戰略視野與執行力的媒體運營及商務經理,負責推動大灣區的大健康相關業務,包括醫藥、生命科學及醫療服務等產業。主要職責包括負責統籌媒體平台的運營策略,並推動商務合作拓展;對接現有客戶,維護良好合作關係;積極開拓新客戶,擴大業務版圖;策劃、執行並落地各類市場活動,提升品牌喺大灣區嘅影響力與市場份額。您需具備豐富嘅市場、銷售商務或媒體運營經驗,能夠獨立承擔並推動大灣區業務發展。


主要職責:

1. 媒體運營與推廣:制定並執行媒體平台的內容與運營策略,提升品牌影響力與用戶活躍度,拓展與大健康企業、醫院、學術、醫生等領域的跨界合作戰略。

2. 客戶對接與開拓:深度對接大灣區內現有客戶,及時響應客戶需求,提供優質服務;運用多種渠道與策略,挖掘潛在客戶,拓展業務合作機會。

3. 市場活動策劃執行:主導策劃符合大灣區市場特點與業務需求嘅市場活動,包括但不限於新品發佈會、行業研討會等; 負責活動由籌備到落地嘅流程執行晒,確保活動效果達成預期目標。

4. 業務推進與管理:制定並執行大灣區業務發展計劃,協調內部資源,保障業務順利推進; 分析市場數據與業務指標,根據市場動態及時調整業務策略。


職位要求:

1. 教育背景:大學本科及以上學歷,市場營銷、商務管理、運營管理等相關專業優先。

2. 工作經驗:5年以上工作經驗,3年以上大灣區市場相關工作經歷,具備市場、銷售商務或運營領域成功經驗者優先,需要有大健康相關市場,商務或運營相關經驗係必須

3. 專業技能:具備敏銳的市場洞察力與分析能力,熟悉大灣區市場環境與行業動態;擁有出色的商務談判與溝通能力,能與不同類型客戶建立良好合作關係;熟練掌握市場活動策劃與執行技巧。

4. 其他能力:具備優秀嘅團隊管理與協調能力,能有效整合資源;具備較強的抗壓能力與應變能力,可適應快節奏工作環境;有較強的責任心與執行力,能獨立承擔工作任務並達成目標。

Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Manager of Media Operations and Business Development to lead initiatives related to the healthcare sector in the Greater Bay Area, including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and medical services. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing media platform operation strategies, driving business partnerships, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and actively expanding the client base to grow business reach. You will also be responsible for planning and executing various marketing campaigns to enhance brand influence and market share in the Greater Bay Area. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in marketing, business development, or media operations, and be capable of independently driving regional business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Media Operations and Promotion:
Develop and implement content and operational strategies for media platforms to enhance brand visibility and user engagement. Expand cross-sector collaboration strategies across healthcare enterprises, hospitals, academia, and medical professionals.

2. Client Engagement and Business Development:
Proactively engage with existing clients in the Greater Bay Area, respond promptly to their needs, and provide high-quality services. Utilize diverse strategies and channels to identify and develop potential clients and new business opportunities.

3. Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution:
Lead the planning and execution of marketing activities aligned with the characteristics and business needs of the Greater Bay Area, including but not limited to product launches and industry seminars. Oversee end-to-end execution, ensuring the events meet targeted goals.

4. Business Development and Management:
Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth in the Greater Bay Area. Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth project execution. Analyze market data and business metrics, and adjust strategies in response to market dynamics.


Job Requirements:

1. Education:
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, Operations Management, or related fields preferred.

2. Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with over 3 years in the Greater Bay Area market. Proven success in marketing, sales, or operations is preferred. Experience in the health and wellness sector (including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or healthcare services) is a must.

3. Professional Skills:
Strong market insight and analytical abilities; familiarity with the Greater Bay Area market and industry trends. Excellent business negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Skilled in planning and executing marketing activities.

4. Other Abilities:
Strong team management and coordination capabilities; ability to integrate and leverage internal and external resources. High resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment. Strong sense of responsibility and execution, able to independently undertake tasks and achieve goals.


Compensation:
