Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser

Toly is a global supplier of high-quality packaging and solutions for beauty products sold around the world.

Due to the expansion of the Group’s trading activities in Asia, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Merchandiser or Senior Merchandiser to join Toly’s growing trading division in Hong Kong. The potential candidate will be an organised and efficient self-starter who is hard working, detail oriented, and can work independently.

Responsibilities

Acting as a focal point of contact between our commercial offices and supply partners on all matters relating to project briefs, product enquiries, development, delivery scheduling, and more, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Following up project briefs
• Quoting and cost-value analysis
• Supplier negotiation
• Project coordination
• Production scheduling
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• F.7, Diploma, Higher Diploma or Degree level
• At least five years of relevant work experience in merchandising
• Experience in cosmetics formulation and packaging is highly advantageous
• High standard of spoken and written English and Putonghua
• Willing and able to travel in Asia
• Organised, detail oriented and ability to work under pressure
