Strategic Partnerships and Admissions (Executive/ Senior Executive)

About the role

The Strategic Partnerships and Admissions Executive or Senior Executive will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships and admission schemes to drive business growth for The University of Manchester East Asia in the Causeway Bay District.

What you'll be doing

• Implement the strategic partnerships and student recruitment strategy for the University of Manchester East Asia.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement joint go-to-market recruitment and partnership strategies via multiple digital channels in East Asia.
• Support senior members in developing business partnerships with government entities, business corporations, professional organisations and NGOs.
• Manage existing partnerships, ensuring effective communication and sustainable collaboration.
• Facilitate all consultation activities that include but are not limited to, filtering qualified prospective students, assisting in onboarding new students, and presenting in one-on-one consultations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the competition landscape and coordinate withe market intelligence team at the UK headquarters.
• Update and maintain the partners and leads tracker on the CRM system, creating regular and meaningful data sets to recommend strategic decisions.
• Occasion event attendance and regional business travel is required.

What we're looking for

• At least 2-3 years of experience, preferably in account management and advisory role in higher education field. More experienced candidates will be considered for a senior position.
• Posses exceptional English verbal and writing skills. With a proactive attitude.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Degree qualification in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, language or communications.
