- Higher Diploma in Building Services, Building Studies or related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in property maintenance and repair works in Property Management Company
- Practical hands-on experience in managing residential properties is necessary.
- Prepare quotation, tender document, estimate and budget for maintenance works
- Good communication skills with all levels staff.
- Handling Emergency works.
- Attending I.O. meeting and Owners Meeting.
- Preferable with Grade A Registered Electrical Workers’ (REW) License or Recognised Safety Supervisor Certificate.
