Job Description :
– Receptionist, administration support to all departments;
– All round office management;
– Minimum 1-year relevant working experience.
Duties & Responsibilities :
– Provide clerical and administration support in the operation;
– Handle incoming phone calls, e-faxes, couriers and mails;
– Responsible for air tickets, hotels reservation and visa application;
– Responsible for business licenses renewal and equipment maintenance contract renewal;
– Assist on organizing/coordinating of company functions/activities/events;
– Perform ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by management
Skills, Experience & Attributes :
– Holder of Diploma or above in Secretarial or administrative studies preferable;
– 1-year working experience in the related field;
– Adequate command of English and Mandarin for work;
– Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing, etc;
– Accurate, detail-minded, responsible and self-motivated;
– Willing to learn, pleasant and a good team player;
– Immediate available is preferred.
