We're seeking a dynamic and organized Sales & Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Best New Zealand Shop in the Shatin District. In this full-time position, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth running of our administrative operations.
What you'll be doing
- Handle customer enquiry, update and follow up the online sales
- Assisting with the coordination of sales and marketing events, including event planning and logistics
- Performing general office duties such as filing, document management, and supply ordering
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency
- Perform Ad hoc assignment from management
- 5 days working
What we're looking for
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Marketing/ Business Management/ relevant discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PivotTable) and other relevant software
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
