Develop and execute social media strategies
Create engaging content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and improve strategies, also giving out suggestions to products and services that is fit for the Hong Kong local market and needs
Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner
Recommend best practices for engaging with potential guests online
Assist in other ad hoc assignments if required
