Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and maintain relations with associations, non-profit organizations, and other external relevant Institutions. Participate in association development, event planning, resource integration, and assist in execution of association responsibilities.
2. Take part in establishment of the company's procurement management system, and assist in organizing and executing company procurement tasks.
3. Assist in corporate culture development and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
4. Draft administrative documents such as requests, reports, notices, and summaries; conduct data analysis and prepare presentations (PPT).
5. Assist in company meeting arrangements, official or business logistics supports.
6. Assist in daily administrative management.
7. Perform other ad hoc tasks and urgent assignment as required.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Law, Management, Chinese Language, or related fields.
2. 3-8 years of work experience, with 2-3 years of experience in conference organization,procurement or related roles preferred.
3. Excellent writing skills of the Chinese language and English language, and capable of drafting high-quality reports and corporate documents. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
4. Familiar with conference arrangements, procurement management, corporate culture event planning and relevant administrative operations.
5. Proficiency in tools such as DeepSeek, Kimi, Doubao, and Microsoft Office for efficient documentation tasks.
6. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle emergencies effectively.
7. Positive and conscientious work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, strong service mindset and good teamwork spirit.
8. Familiar with relevant laws and regulations, with a strong sense of professional ethics and confidentiality.
