Tasks & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO and senior management.
- Schedule appointments, arrange travel, and manage calendars for the CEO and senior management.
- Handle secretarial, administrative, and clerical duties assigned by senior management.
- Organize and oversee events, including luncheons, dinners, team-building activities, and trips.
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and schedules.
- Assist with various administrative tasks assigned by senior management, such as office equipment maintenance, inventory control of office supplies, reporting, budgeting, and payment processing.
- Assist in creating business-related PowerPoint presentations.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the office and manage administrative processes.
- Support internal activities and events as needed.
- Perform ad hoc duties as requested by senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0-2 years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles (Fresh graduates and candidates with limited experience will be considered).
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, responsible, self-motivated, with strong communication skills and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Chinese word processing.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
