Responsibilities
- Be creative & prepare influencer marketing proposals (Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube) based on client needs!
- Prepare campaign brief for operation team to execute
- Pitch and communicate with our product offering
- Maximise sales revenue from brand client by offering them the best value of services
- Focus on customer success and be the point of contact for key accounts.
- Eager to resolve client’s issues and maintain strong relationships.
- Collaborate with the product team to identify key features and updates that will improve customer engagement and retention.
- No cold-calls are required!
Skills And Requirements
- 2-4 years B2B business development or marketing experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate both internally and externally
- Mature, proactive, a self-starter with minimal supervision needed
- Result-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Speak and write English, Cantonese, and preferable Mandarin
- Skill in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Google Analytics is a plus
