Key Responsibilities:
- Manage visa applications for employees at our headquarters and Hong Kong office.
- Handle all aspects of corporate travel, including flight and hotel bookings, as well as expense reimbursements.
- Collaborate with headquarters on overseas administrative tasks, including the establishment of subsidiaries, workplace oversight, and dormitory management.
- Assist with company registration processes, including new license applications, annual audits, modifications, and closures.
- Oversee various daily administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.
- Take on additional responsibilities as directed by management.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles; proficiency in English is a must. A background in finance or legal affairs is advantageous.
- Preferred candidates will have substantial experience in key administrative functions, particularly in developing and implementing policies.
- Possess strong logical reasoning abilities, excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor, integrity, and the capacity for teamwork, collaboration, and effective written communication.
