We’re partnering with a globally respected consultancy to find a seasoned Health & Safety professional who can lead regional initiatives, drive cultural change, and elevate safety performance across diverse operations and projects.

The Opportunity

This is a strategic leadership role focused on partnering with internal stakeholders to embed a strong safety culture and ensure consistent implementation of H&S systems and standards. You’ll work across offices and operational sites, providing expert guidance and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted business partner on all H&S matters across the region
• Lead and supervise regional H&S teams
• Implement and verify H&S initiatives, systems, and standards
• Investigate high-potential incidents and oversee corrective actions
• Monitor and report on injury, illness, and incident performance
• Manage emergency response planning and execution
• Deliver training, workshops, and share lessons learned
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare corporate performance reports
• Collaborate with senior leaders, project managers, and HSW representatives

About You

You’re a proactive and experienced safety leader who thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments. You bring strategic thinking, hands-on expertise, and a passion for making workplaces safer.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
• 12+ years in safety management, ideally within the construction industry
• Regional experience and exposure to multinational environments
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 or equivalent standards
• Membership in relevant professional institutions (e.g., RSO, RSA)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel across East Asia
