Digital Service Officer (12-month Renewable Contract)

Responsibilities

• Manage dotcom svc support part content satisfaction
• Design and modify Dotcom content (FAQ / Video / Simulator)
• Read through original material and rewrite it in the target language (Chinese / English)

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above from any disciplines with 2 years' relevant experience in website content/ design management etc.
• Proficient in MS offices and Chinese word processing
• Multi-tasking with strong planning and organizing skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, customer service attitude and mindset
• Good command of English and Cantonese
