Ricoh International Logistics (HK) Ltd. is an international third-party logistics (3PL) business group headquartered in Tokyo, specializes in global freight forwarding and supply chain solutions. To cope with our business growth and rapid expansion, we are searching for dynamic, entrepreneurial, broad-minded individuals to join us.
Responsibilities:
· Supervise operation team to ensure cost effectiveness workflow and excellent customer services.
· Liaise with suppliers, carriers and co-loaders to coordinate logistics across different modes of transport like air, sea, and land, as well as manage warehouse services to meet customer requirements
· Collaborate with customer services team to plan orders and schedule shipments
· Address and resolve inquiries related to operational issues promptly.
· Support management to prepare and generate operational performance & sales report monthly.
Requirements:
· F.5 / HKDSE or above
· Min. 3–5 years of solid experience in a similar role within air & ocean forwarding industry.
· Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
· Competency in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
· Responsible and committed to delivering high-quality service to clients.
