About Your Role:
- Coordinate IT service requests, procurement orders, budgeting, inventory tracking, and hardware/license renewal
- Be responsible for necessary procurement documents ready for management approval
- Assist in contract and license management
- Handling IT payment process and prepare Finance reports on IT expenses, renewals, and purchases
- Maintain records of IT assets, software licenses, and service agreements
- Support IT project documentation, scheduling, and progress reporting
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders for IT-related administrative and logistic matters
Does it sound like you?
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in IT administration, or procurement support
- Familiarity with IT systems, asset management, and software license tracking
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Excel for reporting and documentation
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese preferred
