Senior Logistics Specialist, Asia

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with logistics service providers (contract, performance management), international freight forwarding, customs clearance for both inbound/outbound operations and stock management.
• Liaise with Brand, Operations and Supply Chain management teams to ensure smooth end to end logistic operations.
• Maintain updated records of all shipments.

• Billing administration.
   

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years in international freight forwarding and e-commerce logistics industry
• Experience in South East and North Asia e-commerce general and cross border (hybrid model) import compliance are advantageous
• Skillful in using ERP, OMS, WMS
• Experience in creating SOP including implementation
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both spoken and written
• Excellent communication skill
• Excel at MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills
• Team player, self-starter
• Critical thinking

• Commercial acumen
