We are now inviting potential candidates who are interested in developing their career in our business field to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with clients and Sub-contractors for the installations and maintenance of play & sports equipment and facilities.
• Assist project team and coordinate with project sales.
• Assist project manager on project planning, coordination, progress monitoring and timeframe of contracted projects.
• Prepare correspondence material submissions, reports and method statement.
• Liaise with clients and various internal parties.
• Assisting in quantity surveying works, if assigned

 Salary and remuneration:

HK$20,000 or above depending on the seniority of the position offered.

 Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies / construction management or equivalent.
• at least 3 years’ working experience
• Hardworking, strong problem-solving skills with customer-oriented service attitude
• Good communication and written skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese essential and Putonghua a plus)
• Familiar with AutoCad, MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Immediately available is preferred.
