Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Presales to lead our presales team and drive the success of our Fintech solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to craft winning proposals, oversee IT project tenders, and ensure seamless alignment between sales, product, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Presales Strategy: Develop and execute presales strategies for Fintech products, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Tender Management: Oversee end to end IT project tendering processes, including RFP/RFI responses, compliance checks, and proposal submissions.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with sales and product teams to design tailored solutions that address client needs and technical requirements.
• Client Engagement: Present proposals, conduct product demos, and articulate value propositions to C level stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high performing presales team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Documentation Excellence: Ensure high quality technical documentation, including proposals, system architectures, and project plans.
• Project Governance: Utilize PMP/Prince methodologies to oversee IT project program management, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation.
• Market Insight: Stay updated on Fintech trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to refine strategies.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales within Fintech.
• Proven track record in managing IT project tenders and program delivery.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required.
• Strong understanding of Fintech ecosystems (e.g. AI, digital onboarding, anti fraud etc. ).
• Language: Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Proactive, results driven mindset with the ability to multitask under pressure.
