Senior Merchandiser / Merchandiser (Denim / Non-Denim)

• Strong in product development, wet and dry processes, pricing, communication and production planning.
• Ensure all orders are properly follow through from sample process throughout the production process and final on-time delivery performance.
• Work with the team members to maximize work efficiency and achieve business targets.
• Communication with clients and factories.
• Maintain good customer relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Denim experience from raw materials to finishing process is a must.

 Requirements

• Polytechnic or Certificate holder in fashion/clothing or equivalent with working in European garment trading company is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant solid experience in denim & non-denim for manufacturing / trading.
• At least 3 years relevant position and experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ideally know-how of offshore production is an advantage but not a must.
• Detailed-oriented, able to meet deadline, work under pressure.
• Responsible, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of costing and processes in finishings, and handling of denim garment knowledge.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Traveling is required.
• Good PC skills and familiar with MS Office operation.
