PRODUCTION MANAGER ,Fine Knits Department(Textile/Garment industry)

Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Production Scheduling and Operations: Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of quality products while optimizing resource allocation.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing Practices: Introduce best practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency and maximize productivity throughout the production process.

• Ensure Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to uphold our high standards in product excellence.

• Drive Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and enhance service delivery.

• Manage Team Performance: Train, mentor, and motivate team members to foster a culture of growth and excellence.

• Manage Supplier Relationships: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of and maintain quality standards.

• Ensure Compliance with Safety Standards: Uphold workplace safety regulations and promote a culture of safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, specifically in knitwear or similar apparel sectors.
• Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Proficient in production management software and tools.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, and knowledge of Khmer is a plus.
