We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative & Events Coordinator to support a dynamic mix of administrative, personal assistant, and event management tasks. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented multitasker with strong English communication skills and a passion for promoting sports and cultural activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Coordination:
- Manage emails, including correspondence with business chambers and external partners.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and deadlines for the team.
- Handle light clerical work and document preparation.
Events & Marketing:
- Assist in organizing and promoting large-scale events (e.g., sports tournaments, cultural festivals).
- Support collaborations with media partners, government funding applications, and school outreach programs.
- Help develop strategies to increase public awareness of martial arts.
Requirements:
-Degree holder
-experience in event coordination, adkin support and marketing is preferred
-interest in martial arts and cultural promotion is a big advantage
-Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
-Mature, self-motivated, well-organised, and detail-oriented
-Good English writing skills
