Administration Clerk
Responsibilities:
- To provide full spectrum secretarial and routine clerical support
- Responsible for managing customer services queries and day-to-day operations.
- Responsible for managing sales orders, quotations, invoicing, payments, etc.
- Perform ad hoc assignments by the company.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Associate Degree or above in Business Administration / Marketing or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of working experiences in property management / construction company preferred
- Mature, flexible, presentable with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, creative, initiative, detail minded and able to work independently.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS applications including PowerPoint & Excel
- Immediate availability is preferred
