Business Development Associate - Sustainable Acoustics

Your Impact: Drive Change and Build Relationships

As a Business Development Associate, you will be the vital link between our cutting-edge sustainable products and the market that needs them. You will:

·          Be a Catalyst for Sustainable Solutions: Market and sell our wide range of acoustic building and interior products and solutions that make spaces healthier, quieter, and more sustainable.

·          Own the Process: Manage the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities and conducting client visits to preparing quotes, site meeting, negotiating contracts, and ensuring exceptional after-sales service.

·          Build a Better Network: Forge strong, lasting relationships with key players like interior designers, architects, developers, main contractors and building material partners in the construction industry.

·          Pioneer New Opportunities: Proactively explore new markets and expand our customer base for our sustainable and environmentally responsible solutions.

Who We're Looking For

• 1-3 years in business development/sales (construction/building materials a +).

• Strong communicator and relationship-builder.

• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and driven.

• Fluent in English and Chinese.
