工作範圍

• 帶領及激勵店舖圑隊達成店舖的銷售目標及KPI績效指標
• 分析店舖銷售數據及KPI績效指標的達成情況，及時制定及推行行動計劃以提升業績
• 建立及帶領高效團隊以提供卓越的顧客服務體驗
• 適時處理顧客意見及投訴，提升顧客對服務的滿意度
• 管理店舖日常運作、各類產品分類規劃及市場推廣活動，與有關部門保持良好溝通及提供有建設性的建議以強化店舖的運作
• 提供有效的工作培訓及輔導予店舖員工，激勵團隊及適時作出表現回饋

職位要求

• 8年或以上服飾零售經驗，3年主管級或以上經驗
• 主動帶領及推動KPI績效指標的達成及良好顧客服務
• 良好領導及人員管理技巧，能激勵及有效帶領團隊合作
• 具責任感及解決問題能力
• 具良好溝通能力、正向思維及能承擔壓力
