Assistant Logistics & Warehouse Manager

Our subsidiary company is looking for a high calibre to join with our Company.

Responsibilities

• Assist and implement logistics processes, including shipping, receiving and storage of products.
• Review full set of air import/export operation documents and follow up the logistics status.
• Assist and monitor daily warehouse operations, including but not limited to assist in stocktaking, maintaining accurate records of all goods, including updating and managing inventory records.
• Regularly compile summary reports on the status of shipments and inventory records.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered for the position of Logistics and Warehouse Senior Officer.

Requirements
 

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management and Logistics, Business Administration or a related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in international logistics and warehousing of dutiable goods such as spirit and tobacco. Experience related to bonded warehouse in Hong Kong/overseas is highly preferred;
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Good understanding of customs clearance process in Europe, America & Asia;
• Strong sense of responsibilities and able to meet deadlines and multi-tasks;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin and Cantonese).
