SALES DIRECTOR/SENIOR DIRECTOR

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Director/Senior Director to join our rapidly growing team at Midland Financial Group. You will be responsible for leading and directing our sales strategy and operations to drive business growth and profitability.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to achieve revenue targets
• Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver outstanding results
• Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in sales management or a senior sales role, preferably in the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams to achieve ambitious targets
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge of financial products and services, as well as industry regulations and compliance requirements
