Now MEI is theleading manufacturer in its Field and the key supplier of edging machines for large lens corporations as well as for independent labs of any size all over the world.

Key responsibilities:

- Perform machine installation, training, and preventive maintenance;
- Identify, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer/equipment issues in a pleasant, professional, and timely manner
- Provide support for electrical-mechanical-pneumatic components replacement via telephone 
- Record and report customers’ problems to the Customer Service Director accurately;
- Develop knowledge-based documents (FAQ’s) for specific issue resolution;
- Attend to specific shows and exhibitions if required, work on machine installation, and answer potential customers' questions during the mentioned shows and exhibitions

Qualifications:

-Experience with Industrial machinery is preferable

-Decent English and Mandarin

-willing to travel overseas frequently
