Clerks (Accounting)

About the role

We are seeking a Clerks (Accounting) to join our dynamic team at Luxury Concept Limited'. This is a full-time role based in our Kowloon Bay Kwun Tong District office. As a Clerks (Accounting), you will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting operations of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Performing a wide range of accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and preparing financial reports
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records and ensuring all transactions are properly documented
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and support
• Adhering to all relevant accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Continuously identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

What we're looking for

• Strong accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliations
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with various stakeholders
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and process improvement
