Project Engineer / Assistant Engineer

About the role

Lik San Engineering Limited is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer or Assistant Engineer to join our team in Kwai Chung Kwai Tsing District. As a full-time role, you will be overseeing and managing air conditioning systems and building services installations. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, lead subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
• Provide technical support and expertise to the project team
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes

What we're looking for

• Degree / High Diploma / Higher Certificate holder in Mechanical & Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar project management role, preferably in the construction industry and knowledge in MVAC system
• Knowledgeable in drawings by AutoCAD and cost Estimation of MVAC Tenders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
• Familiar with local construction regulations and standards
