Production Supervisor/ Senior Production Supervisor

Responsible:

• Plan, organize and lead the production department to achieve company’s business objectives

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards

• Follow up and report the condition and progress of production,

• Responsibility of quantity, quality and schedule, maintain the molds / machines / equipment in good condition and routine maintenance.

• Oversee production activities, including control of production process and production facilities

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements of all products manufactured

• Train and mentor production staff to uphold best practices and drive continuous improvement

• Lead and guide production teams for the entire operation in the division

• Support the implementation of new technologies and process innovations to enhance manufacturing capabilities

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above is preferred

• Rich knowledge in powder metallurgy, injection machine, flip chips, ink and lubricant production management

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese

• Experience in Carbon brush, sinter bearing and others product

• KPI control knowledge

• Experience ISO 9001 or TS16949 system

• 6S mindset knowledge

• Immediately available is preferred
