Sales Director

Job Description

• Build and lead a new sales team to cope with the company business development.
• Explore new innovative concept (non-traditional) of sales strategies for the era of new retail to increase company revenue and brand awareness.
• Work with different parties to plan and implement various sales promotions for achieving sales target and enhancing profitability.
• Work with management team to prepare budget and sales target.
• Review and develop sales team’s policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency of work flow.
• Coach and manage sales team to meet KPIs.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business or other related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of solid experience in retail store management.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, flexible and able to work in fast-paced environment.
