Project Engineer / Assistant Engineer (building service)

What you'll be doing?

- You will contact supplier for material submission document and drafting a method statement  

- Handle full set shop drawings  

- You will attend site progress meeting or safety meeting with main contractor 

- You will arrange worker's schedule and monitor their progress

- During the project,  you will need to prepare documents and attend a progress meeting, coordinating with client, architects, consultants; Document like VO, AI might need to be prepared. 

- After project completion, you will prepare T&C and O&M document

- Participate for handover procedure and issuing invoice for settlement

 

Who we are looking for:

- A diploma holder in Engineering 

- Minimum 2 years in running a project, less experience candidate would consider as engineer trainee

- You will have advantages, if you got
 

• Plumbing/Electricity study knowledge
• Fire suppression system design experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, or we will have PM instruct you to master it.

Offer package:
HKD25-28k,  3k medical allowance, 12AL, study leave and allowance
