Hong Kong EV Power Limited is one of the leading EV Charging Service Provider in Hong Kong. We provide one-stop solution to customers from product, installation, consultation and IT software related to EV Charger projects. We also own and operate the largest EV Charging Network in the city, and now is looking for passionate candidates to join us to support our fast-growing business.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

•             Creating and maintaining a comprehensive database that includes consumer information

•             Conduct processing review and documents verification;

•             Collaborate with the other teams and provide support to clients’ enquiries;

•             Handle daily enquiries and complaints effectively and provide support to customer in order to solve or satisfy the customer’s issue or need

•             Handle internal enquiries and collaborate with internal departments such as consolidating the feedback for system enhancement

•             Manage transportation and maintenance tasks arrangement; and

•             Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

•             associate degree holder or equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent;

•             Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese;

•             Team-player, great communication and interpersonal skills,;

•             Detail-minded, self-motivated, able to work independently; and

•             Sense of prioritizing work orders and meet deadlines
