Merchandising Executive

We are looking for a data-savvy and detail-oriented Merchandising Executive to support the planning, monitoring, and execution of merchandising strategies across regions. This role will focus on leveraging data to drive stock optimization, support Open-to-Buy (OTB) processes, and ensure seasonal readiness. The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, and capable of working cross-functionally with regional teams.

What You Will Own

• Utilize data from the BI pool to develop semi-automated daily merchandising reports, including stock replenishment and stock re-balancing alerts for regional action.
• Analyze deep-dive reports to derive actionable insights and follow up with regions to ensure timely execution.
• Support OTB updates and monitoring through dashboards and regular communication with regions’ counterparts.
• Coordinate with regions to follow up on rolling forecasts for sales and purchases, ensuring alignment with OTB updates.
• Collaborate with regions’ merchandising teams to ensure proactive replenishment planning in preparation for seasonal peaks.

Who Will Thrive

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with more than 3 years of experience in merchandising, planning, or data analysis, preferably in the luxury market.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel. With experience in other data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
• Experience with ERP or merchandising systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially in cross-regional settings.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
