[Program Overview - Building Tomorrow’s Leaders]

As part of our continued global growth, we are excited to launch the Harmony Global Management Trainee Program 2025, designed to develop high-potential, globally minded graduates into future leaders of our organization.

[Functional Tracks]

Candidates will specialize in one of the following core business areas:

- 财务管理 (Finance)

- 销售及市场 (Sales and Marketing)

- 人力资源 (Human Resources)

- 建筑设计 (Architectural Design/Retail Space Development)

- 法务 (Legal & Compliance)

[Program Structure]
Stage 1: Core Training (1 week)

- Location: China Mainland HQ

- Intensive business and industry orientation

- Cross-functional modules and executive talks

- Case studies and site visits

- Soft skills development (leadership, communication, global mindset)

Stage 2: Internship (~6 months)

- Location: Various Markets (HK, APAC, EU, MEA) based on business needs and your selected track(s)

- Hands-on operational exposure in our global stores and business hubs

- Project ownership and performance reviews

Stage 3: Final Placement & Onboarding (Post-Internship)

- Based on performance and business needs

- Long-term role in one of our regional offices or operational units

- Ongoing mentorship and fast-track career path

[What We’re Looking For]

- Final-year undergraduate or recent graduate within 2 years of working experiences (Bachelor's or Master’s)

- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, other language is a plus

- Strong interest in NEV industry and international business

- Willingness to conduct business trips

- Adaptability, curiosity, and ambition

- Relevant academic background for chosen functional track
