Graphic Designer (UI/UX Focus) - HKWJ Group

We are a dynamic business group with both professional service firms and consumer products under one roof. Our service brands — HKWJ Tax Law & Partners, Triple Eight, and iBlynq — provide tax, accounting, auditing, company incorporation, and corporate secretary services to clients across Hong Kong and internationally. Our product brand, Dutchshop.hk, brings a curated selection of Dutch goods to local customers through our online store.

We’re currently refreshing our visual identity and digital experiences across all platforms. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer (UI/UX Focus) who can bring strong visual design skills, smart digital thinking, and a flair for user‑centric design to help shape how our group looks and feels — both online and offline.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design engaging visual experiences across brand, website, and digital channels — from concept to final execution.
• Lead design work for upcoming website revamps, including wireframes, UI mockups, and prototypes that clearly communicate flow and functionality.
• Optimize the usability, layout, and visual consistency of digital platforms to enhance user experience.
• Create marketing and branding visuals, including online campaigns, e-commerce visuals, outdoor advertising and print materials.
• Collaborate with developers, marketing, and business teams to translate requirements and data insights into meaningful design solutions.
• Contribute creative ideas for content and digital storytelling.
• Execute occasional photo or video shoots, supporting editing and production for social content.

Requirements

• Degree or experience in Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, UI/UX, or a related discipline.
• Strong aesthetic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance branding and usability.
• Proficient in design and prototyping software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in web and mobile interface design; familiarity with UX principles, user flow, and responsive design.
• Interest in usability, digital trends, and emerging technologies.
• Motion graphics, video editing, or basic coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) are considered strong advantages.
• Collaborative and responsible team player with initiative, curiosity, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Experience in the legal services industry and/or shop business is a pro, although other candidates will be considered as well.
