Gridword Communications Ltd is a professional and awarded event management consultancy. We serve different corporate accounts such as the HK Government, MTR, Bank of China etc.

The candidate will be responsible for
- Operate daily clerical duties and handle general administration works
- Managing various office administrative activities includes office equipment maintenance and supplies
- Provide HR and support for Event management team
- Payroll, Accounting, Book keeping, Staff Expense and Payment Accounting
- Assist to issue invoices for clients and vendors
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience
- Fluent Cantonese Speaker
- Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage
- Service-oriented, cheerful and presentable with outgoing personality
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented
- Excellent problem solving skills with strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
