Purchasing & Marketing (Assistant) Manager - Whisky & Cigar

Purchasing:

• Source exquisite and rare/limited Whisky
• Source Cigar and related product
• Identify new wine product trends and consumers pattern, maximizing business opportunities
• Search new suppliers and develop strong relationships
• Handling of purchase orders, pricing, shipping, goods receiving documents and processes

Marketing:

• Coordinate Chinese translation efforts to effectively localize marketing materials, product descriptions, and digital communications content
• Manage comprehensive social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, RED, Wechat, etc.
• Create engaging and shareable contents, such as posts, images, videos, and that align with target audience
• Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in purchasing or business related disciplines
• 3-5 years or above purchasing/marketing experiences
• Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and structure with strong attention to details
• Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• WSET or corresponding qualification is an advantage
