Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager

What you'll be doing?

• Project supervision and operation
• Responsible in preparing budget, invoice, tender & settlement of Final Account if any
• To execute building & renovation project
• To assist project manager in all aspects of project execution
• Coordinate with Customers/Consultants/Sub-contractors & Government Department
• Monitor project cost, site progress, site safety and workmanship to meet customer and our company's requirements

Who are we looking for?

• A candidate with a Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree in Building studies/Building services/Engineering/Building surveying or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years or above relevant experience in A&A and fitting our projects in Hong Kong
• Strong interpersonal skill with client, QS, contractors & suppliers etc.
• Good command of both written English and Chinese
• Hands-on PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, ACAD, Powerpoint and etc.
• Independent, responsible, self-motivated able to work under pressure
