Requirements:

• F.7 level / HKDSE or above
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a merchandising role, preferably in the hardline and accessories ODM branded premium products sector
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (both written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel to China and overseas

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the internal merchandising team, inspectors, suppliers, and customers
• Manage product sourcing and order follow-up from sample development to delivery, ensuring compliance with requirements
• Conduct price negotiations, coordinate orders, and oversee production follow-up
• Monitor daily development and production activities, resolving issues and risks to ensure timely sampling and shipment delivery
• Assist in sourcing new vendors to identify products, quality, and pricing that benefit the group's business interests
• Proactively address operational and quality challenges, implementing improvement strategies in collaboration with the QC team
