About Our Client
Our client is a leading trading and distribution company representing various well-known supplement and healthcare brands. To support their business operations, they are now seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Officer to oversee office administration and daily business support functions.
Responsibilities
· Take full responsibility for day-to-day office administration of the Hong Kong office
· Prepare and update administrative documents, forms and data records
· Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues, continuously improving office procedures
· Perform other duties required for the smooth operation of the office
Requirements:
· Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
· Minimum 1-2 years of solid experience in office administration, with independent work experience preferred
· Good command of both English and Chinese
· Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
· Well-organised, detail-minded and highly responsible; able to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision
· Good problem-solving skills
· Immediate availability highly preferred
