Purpose / Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall administrative duties in office
- Support HR operations including onboarding/offboarding logistics and Employee Engagement Activities
- Support the accounting process and coordinate with Shared Service Centre including annual audit preparation
- Co-ordinate with Company Secretary Services
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Administration
- Accountable for the overall office administration including but not limited to maintenance and replenishment of office supplies, upkeeping high level of safety and hygiene in office, renovation (when necessary) etc
- Handle invoices and reimbursement in relations to Office expenses and Fixed Assets
- Support annual stock take of fixed assets
- Support recruitment process such as onboarding and offboarding logistics
- Support development, implementation and coordination of employee activities
- Supervise tea lady to maintain hygiene in office and pantry and make contingency arrangement during absence of tea lady
Accounting
- Support the daily and monthly accounting process and coordinate with Shared Service Centre including master data maintenance and annual audit preparation
- Assist to ensure the accounting book compliance with GAAP, Tax Laws and Company policies
- Assist to ensure relevant financial control policies and procedures to safeguard the assets and ensure financial integrity
- Co-ordinate with Company Secretary Services
- Support process improvement across the accounting and business operation.
- Assist project implementation from company and other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Over 5 years relevant working experience; preferably in multi-national companies and SSC environment
- Sound knowledge of SAP, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Personal qualities:
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, works independently, continuous learner and multi-tasking
- Able to communicate with all walks of life and strong team spirit
- Strong sense of responsibility, flexible, proactive and hard working
- Strong problem-solving skills
