Project Coordinator (Facade, Curtain Wall)

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in preparation of project document, in-house coordination between department and site
• Work with internal and external parties to organize various components needed to initiate, run and conclude major projects
• Coordinate project schedules and activities, placing orders for supplies and services, tracking progress and results
• Handle ad hoc project as directed by Project Manager and department head

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years construction experience with at least 1 year in related façade works is highly preferred
• Effectively bilingual with good verbal and writing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
• Well organized, able to work independently and under pressure
• Applicants with less experience may be considered as Assistant Project Co-ordinator
