Senior Business Development Manager | Media Agency

Responsibilities:

1. Identify New Business Opportunities:

• Proactively seek and identify new business opportunities
• Leverage your industry expertise and network to uncover potential clients and partners.

2. Outreach and Prospecting:

• Demonstrate a proactive and aggressive approach to outreach and prospecting
• Utilize effective communication skills to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and work towards mutually beneficial partnerships
• Possess the ability to engage with clients, prepare persuasive proposals, and deliver impactful presentations

3. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
• Ensure exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor

4. Collaborative Strategic Planning:

• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, project management, and analytics, to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies
• Monitor project delivery, campaign performance, and alignment with the company's overall business objectives

5. Target Achievement:

• Consistently work towards and achieve your assigned sales targets
• Demonstrating a results-driven approach and a strong commitment to the organization's growth and success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• 5+ years of business development/sales experience in the digital, media, or advertising industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
