Senior Control Room Officer [Day/ Middle/ Night Shift]

Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV security systems 
• Record and report faults and issues to both Supervisor and vendors
• Take charge and manage emergency situations
• Keep accurate records and prepare reports to Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Form 5 graduation above academic qualification
• At least 1 year experience in security related industry is required, preferred with prior experience in monitoring CCTV security systems
• Holder of valid QAS certificate and Security Personnel Permit (SPP)
• Fluent in Cantonese, proficient in reading and writing in Chinese and English
• Familiar with basic computer skills and MS office applications
