An Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and drive growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

·       Corporate Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to enhance corporate brand awareness and market presence.

·       Channel Management: Collaborate with the growth team to manage and take accountability for various corporate marketing channels, including the corporate website, social media, company credentials, email marketing, and networking events.

·       Networking & Speaking Opportunities: Source and secure high-profile networking and speaking opportunities for top executives on influential platforms.

·       Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.

·       Award Submissions: Identify award opportunities and manage the entire award submissions process.

·       Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to produce engaging content and marketing materials.

·       Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Experience Requirements

·       Minimum of 5 years of corporate marketing experience (experience in marketing firms is preferred).

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across multiple work streams.

·       Proficiency in English and Chinese (reading and writing).

·       Strong copywriting and presentation deck-building skills for PR materials development.
