Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who assists in supporting our Retail Operation and project planning.

Job Description :

• Coordinate with internal teams, including retail operations, marketing, product development and sales teams, to align project objectives with business goals.
• Be the bridge between internal teams and senior managements, manage project timeline and delivery.
• Create and deliver presentations and reports to senior management and progress trackers.
• Implement best practices and leverage solutions to streamline operations.
• Ensure successful planning, execution, and completion of projects.
• Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues, conflicts, and obstacles to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, providing guidance and support to team members to promote professional development and achieve project objectives.
• Lead and monitor team members of the projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring a high quality output.

Job Requirement :

• Degree Holder in Business Administration / Marketing or relevant disciplines.
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Independent, self-motivated, and can-do attitude.
• Excellent Communication Skills in both English and Chinese.
