Facility Engineer

The Job:

• Supervise technical staffs to carry out preventive & corrective maintenance works.
• Manage and monitor the sub-contractors to perform maintenance / replacement works.
• Coordinate client & sub-contractors to ensure the fitting-out works deliverables are on track.
• Preparation of work permit, working schedule, method statement and drawing submission.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years' solid working experience in E&M maintenance.
• Experience gained in data centre would be an advantage.
• Holder of Registered Certificate of Electrical Worker Grade A or above is preferable.
• Self-motivated with good communication skills.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and general MS Office application.
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Facility Engineer.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
